While dodging jabs in a packed gym and listening to participants exclaim, "I am the captain of my soul," I photographed Carrie Byalick's Inten-Sati workout. The practice mixes aerobics, martial arts and yoga with positive affirmations. It's as intense as the name. The article appears in today's Wall Street Journal.
